This project was put together for an editorial design class I took while studying abroad at the »Duoc UC de Santiago de Chile«.

We were asked to design a tabloid paper for the famous architect Le Corbusier.

Using the example of the aircraft, Le Corbusier demonstrates that form follows function and emphasizes the previously undeveloped idea that mathematical equations and the aesthetics of the industrial age could provide pleasure and benefit to the viewer.

Interestingly, the illustrations contrast against his interpretation of this theme through irony and the usage of experimental typography.
